Plastic injection moulds from Micro Tooling Systems Tooling division include injection moulds for plastic washing machine parts, refrigerator parts, chairs and paint dispenser parts. The company also manufactures twin-tub moulds for washing machines, chair moulds, bottle rack moulds for refrigerators and door bezels.

The range also includes plastic injection moulds for vehicles, including doors, bumpers, seat reclining handles, roof liners, wheel caps and moulds for door trim, seat foams, rocket covers and fire insulation. Further injection moulds include moulds for seat bases, mudguards, front shields, split handles, handle bar covers and air filter covers.

With an emphasis on accuracy, all plastic injected moulds are spotted on state-of-the-art die spotting and tryout presses, with a feature to produce preform samples to check geometry and dimensions.
